Last Pass

In the most simplest term, LastPass is an industry leading password management solution. We are going to use LastPass to securely share Contentful account credential with individuals. It will also allow us to use generic accounts for each office vs individual accounts.

1. Each person who your office wants to edit your DSR needs to create a free LastPass account using their @un.org account (LastPass.com)
2. Those same people need to install the LastPass browser extension and log into that extension. Choose appropriately: https://lastpass.com/misc_download2.php
3. We recommend new users also log in to their LastPass account through the browser to verify their account.
4. Tell the DSR team the UN.org accounts to invite through LastPass. We will securely share your Contentful account credentials through the OCHA Reporting LastPass account.
5. Having accepted the LastPass share, go to Contentful.com & click Login. The username & password should be automatically filled in (or you will see the last pass icons in the login field).
