Closing Down
Things happen that can impact your ability to regularly produce a DSR. Low office capacity. Change in needs. It happens and it’s OK.

Unpublish
Unpublishing is the quickest way to put your DSR on hold.
DSR is removed from the Home Page
DSR entry remains in the Contentful list of situation reports
It is labeled as a Draft
You can return to it at any time
DSR URL continues to work
Visitors will see the last DSR published
DSR information is removed from ReliefWeb country profile page
DSR information is removed from http://unocha.org country page
Note: the pane will need to be manually removed from the page
How to Unpublish
Go to your DSR
In the Status section, click the Change Status button
Click Unpublish from the drop down
You will get a pop-up message identifying content connected to other DSRs or entries.
Click Yes, unpublish entry if there is nothing linked

Click Unpublish entry anyway if you have items linked (you can also return to your DSR and remove the linked items)
The status will change to Draft.
Archive
This is a level above unpublishing.
DSR is removed from the Home Page
DSR entry is removed from the list of situation reports
if you want to bring back yours DSR in the future, contact support@unocha.org to create a new entry or retrieve your old DSR
DSR URL returns as 404 Page Not Found
DSR information is removed from ReliefWeb country profile page
DSR information is removed from http://unocha.org country page

How to Archive
Go to your DSR
In the Status section, click the Change Status button
Click Archive from the drop down

You will get a pop-up message identifying content connected to other DSRs or entries.
Click Yes, archive entry if there is nothing linked
Click Archive entry anyway if you have items linked (you can also return to your DSR and remove the linked items)
The status will change to Archived and the DSR entry will have an Archived notice message
