Overview
As of September 2023, UNOCHA has signed an Enterprise Agreement (EA) with ESRI which allows UNOCHA to provide ArcGIS software to all staff.
Offices do no longer need to purchase their own software licenses.

Disaster Response Program
Free three-month licenses for emergencies via ESRI's Disaster Response Programme
In an emergency response, FIS can also request a three-month emergency license provided by the ESRI Disaster Response Program.
This emergency license is typically requested for incoming Stand-by Partners for OCHA Offices.
