Contentful / Lastpass process (also see Contentful & Lastpass section in Onboarding)
Send an invite, for the Contentful DSR Training space, to the office's generic email address. Ask the office to send you the resulting password.
Ask the office to create (free) LastPass accounts using their UN.org email addresses (and inform you who they are).
- DO NOT invite them through LastPass until they have setup their LastPass account. Otherwise it sends them an invitation which seems to cause more problem than it does good.
- If you have invited them before they created an account AND they are not able to login or reset their password, they will need to Reset the Account (https://lastpass.com/delete_account.php?np=1)
Log into this new Contentful account and change the password.
Add this adjusted Contentful account to the OCHA-Reporting LastPass vault.
Share the Contentful credentials, via LastPass without the password being visible, to the above LastPass accounts
