How to get Analytics (users, views and downloads) for Platforms
Reliefweb - How to get analytics on a ReliefWeb content [GA4 Platform]
Important: You will need to request access from ReliefWeb to view their Google Analytics account. See instructions here: https://reliefweb.int/help#analytics
This method can be used on any platform to get analytics for a specific page or content.
You will need the URL of the post.
Access the GA4 platform for ReliefWeb
Click Reports
Click Engagement -> Pages and Screens
Adjust the date range in the upper right corner
Note: posted date is listed on the RW post
Enter the slug of the URL (starting with /report/ ) into the search bar
Click enter
Downloads
In the chart, click on Event count, select “file_download” in the dropdown to see the number of downloads.
You can also see the column key events - events that help the platform to achieve its objective.

Note: Interactive dashboards have a quota. If you see no data, check back another time.
Only the 100 most read reports are listed in “Which reports are the most read?” (on tab 5) and ”Most read reports” (on tab 6).
If your report is listed, click on the report title to filter results.
Custom Campaigns - How to get analytics for Email Campaigns
If you are using email tracking of your campaigns, you can monitor the traffic to the websites from your emails or newsletters. To check traffic from these campaigns go to:
Reports
Acquisition
Traffic Acquisition and
Select Source/Medium from the drop down menu under the search bar.
Add a secondary dimension Session campaign clicking on the +
In the Search box at the top of the table add the name of the utm_source that you have configured in your email tracking.
