Submitting Data for the OCHA Digital Platforms High Level Analytics Report

This is a monthly activity which provides inputs that are visualized in the report.  It only takes about 10 minutes to complete. 

1. Near the beginning of a month, someone from ISB Digital Services Section (usually Alona Volinsky) will invite someone from HDX (usually CJ) to edit the report which will look something like this one from a previous month.
2. The only tab that needs to be filled is the HDX Custom Analytics tab.  The required values are conveniently combined into a Mixpanel Dashboard
3. There are five columns to complete in a new row
   1. Date: fill in the date of the previous month (pick the first day of the month from the date picker)
      
   2. Unique field users: hover to get value from the dashboard for the most recent complete month
   3. Field vs Non Field Ratio: enter a forumua:  column B / unique non-field users from dashboard.  For example =B6/10506
   4. Total Downloads by Source - Web: hover to getvalue from the dashboard for the most recent complete month
   5. Total Downloads by Source - Direct: hover to get value from the dashboard for the most recent complete month
4. Reply to the invite email to let them know the data is ready.
