Uploading WebEx Videos to YouTube

  1. From WebEx web site, download ARF file locally
  2. Install WebEx Network Recording player from here: https://www.webex.com/play-webex-recording.html (the one on the left for .ARF files)
  3. Load downloaded ARF file in WebEx Network Recording Player
  4. In the Convert menu, choose wmv (other formats will not work)
  5. Choose options: Windows Media 9 Screen/Windows Media Audio Lossless and convert
  6. Install free program "Any Video Converter" from here: http://www.any-video-converter.com/products/for_video_free/
  7. Run Any Video Converter and choose output format as HTML5 mp4
  8. Make sure video size says "Original" and then convert 
  9. Log into YouTube: For username and password, see: /wiki/spaces/HDX/pages/38551804
  10. Upload the mp4 video
