Login Page

Visit https://be.contentful.com/login

Check that your LastPass extension is enabled (it will be a red)

The shared information will automatically fill in.

If you have more than one login for the platform, or if the information does not fill in automatically, click on the LastPass icon in the username filed and select your account from the drop down menu.

Contentful Dashboard

The dashboard for the DSR Training Space and the Digital Situation Report Space will slightly differ. The core tabs (Menu, Space Home, Content and Media) are featured in both Spaces.

  1. Menu

    1. The Space is displayed in this area. If you need to change to another Space, use the menu here. See instructions.

  2. Space Home

    1. Similar to a ‘welcome page’. You will be directed here after logging in.

  3. Content

    1. Where all DSR content can be found from all offices.

  4. Media

    1. Where all Media (ex: images) can be found from all offices.

How to find your DSR

After login, you may be directed to the Space Home (#2).

Click on Content (#3) in the dashboard.

In some cases, the content will already be filtered to easily locate your DSR. If ALL content is shown, you can filter by (1) using the search toolbar by at the top or (2) using the view in the left sidebar.

  1. Click on the dropdown for Content Type.

  2. Select Situation Report.

  3. optional: type your DSR’s name in the search box where is states Type to search for entries

  1. Check that Shared views is selected in the left sidebar

  2. Scroll to DSR Products

  3. Click on Situation Report
